Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They replaced my windshield quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The installation was clean and done with great attention to detail. They also handled everything smoothly and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks perfect.I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and high-quality windshield repair or replacement!
Zero star review. They overcharged me by adding ‘damage’ coverage on my UHaul trailer rental without my consent. When I called to ask them to reissue my receipt; they hung up on me. Twice. Now will not answer my calls. Worst service I have ever had. I have dealt with Progress Glass itself for over 30 years for glass and several times for uhaul. This company has changed hands. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone in the future. To ask for my money back ($10.00 they charged me) they are making me call the customer service for UHaul and their exact phrase was “we are a glass company”. This company needs to decide if they want to rent Uhauls. I did not decide this for you. I am furious to be so disrespected. In addition: They made us move two trailers (both 6’x12’) out of the way of a truck they said they would move but did not (and left the premises) so we had to call the cell phone to ask why the lights didn’t work on the first trailer that we had to pull out from behind the truck. Consequently we had to drive it to the back and then pull out the second one - BY HAND! When returning the trailer we were asked to park it at a certain spot just as we were about to park it .. we did not receive a ‘thank you’, nothing. I am furious.
Disappointed with the overall experience with the current owner. Originally was told they could be ready in one week but didn’t require them for three, gave them a date and when I showed up for them they were not started. They were eventually delivered damaged, written on, sealant on both interior and exterior glass and put together wrong. Not a company that I will use again.
They fixed my Dodge Journey windshield at a very short notice at a decent price ....excellent work. Highly Recommended!
